Manifesting for 2025 - Mystery Gift Box Competition

1. The competition is open to any persons over 18 years of age.
2. The competition will run from Decemeber 28th, 2024, until January 15th, 2025 at midnight PST.
3. To be eligible to win 1 of 5 prizes, the winner must have submitted a viable email address through the form located on Oddbird's website here. https://www.oddbirdco.com/pages/manifesting-for-2025
4. 5 winners will be randomly chosen and contacted via email on January 16th, 2025.
5. The prize will be curated by the Oddbird team as a mystery 'surprise' gift box. Items will be valued at $500 or more
6. The prize is as chosen by the Oddbird team and no exchanges will be accepted.
7. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. Oddbird Co reserves the right to cancel or amend the voucher terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to customers as soon as possible
9. Oddbird Co.'s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America
