An Oddbird spin on a time-honored Ottoman-era Turkish 'Lale' design, our newest Kardeş Loungewear Set combines tradition with modern lines and buttery soft 100% Turkish cotton, for the perfect summer uniform.

'Lale' meaning 'Tulip' in Turkish, this beautiful print features the time-honored motifs of the flower bowing its delicate head, an ancient symbol of 'perfect love', and a design originally found on Iznik tiles in the ancient bazaars and mosques throughout Turkey. 

A print near and dear to our hearts, we wanted to honor Oddbird's origins by paying homage to one of our favorite Turkish patterns in our newest addition to our Kardeş Loungewear Collection.

Enjoy the freshest of layers in the summer heat, this two-piece set features a perfectly robust and textured Turkish cotton Sile Cloth that's designed to get better and better with each wear and wash and keep you feeling cool yet cozy as the temps change.

Just like our famous Kardeş pieces, this set can be worn as pajamas around the house, dressed up to take you out to dinner, or layered over swimwear for all of your summer adventures!

Our Kardeş Loungewear Top, inspired by our deep love of timeless Japanese design and the tailoring of the traditional Samue, is complete with a flattering wide-cut sleeve, oversized fit, and finished with a front pocket for convenience, along with the addition of Oddbird's signature transitioning ties, allowing the piece to be worn loose or cinched at the waist for a chic day-wear option.

Paired with our Kardeş Loungewear Pant - A high-waisted, wide-leg flooded cut with completely reinforced 'jean seams' and 2-inch elastic waistband. These bottoms are designed to be universally flattering and effortlessly comfortable. We think we have perfected our staple britches and can't wait for you to live in them.


Cut & sewn in small batches in historic, Turkey using a uniquely woven 100% Turkish cotton Şile Cloth that is spun and dyed to order by local artisans and handcrafted ethically and sustainably in small-batches with pride.

Best Purchase Ever

I ordered both the top(in 1X) and the bottoms(in 2X) and they are the most luxurious thing I have ever purchased. The material is lightweight, breathable, and has such a lovely drape/flow to it. You can dress it up or down because of how versatile it is and is such a unique piece with the beautiful Lale pattern that will be sure to turn heads!

I'm a 20/22 5'6 and I carry most of my weight in my middle. I was nervous the pants wouldn't fit comfortably so I ordered a 3X instead of the 2X I would normally get from Odd Bird. I think I could have done with a 2X instead as it fits a little loose. The fabric is beautiful and opaque. My major complaint is that for the price, I would expect the elastic to be sewn so that it doesn't fold and twist in the waist. It's sewn to the top of the band, but not at the bottom. It takes away from the luxe feel of the set. Maybe I got a dud? Otherwise I love it and have worn it many times both as a set and each piece separately.

Constant compliments

The comfort... I'm so comfy..ugh. it's hard to find words. Recently my friend and I were discussing the price jump in our Arq collection and the verdict was " can't put a price on comfort". Ey, you can... it's the cost of this Sile lounge ware set! Buy it and enjoy! P.s I am not the kindest to clothing...so far im washing these on delicate and doing a hang dry.Process has shown some ware and I've discovered loose stitching after 5 washes. The integrity seems fine but since I practically love in them and I'm not handwashing they probably won't last a life time lol
But I have toddlers, so nothing does. I'm happy and would buy again.

Beautiful

I had been waiting for this set to come in extended sizes and received it yesterday. It is absolutely beautiful! I am usually an 18/20 but ordered the 3x for extra room and it is perfect.
